We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team of Call Center Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues, as well as performing miscellaneous office duties. Responsibilities:
- Take and post customer complaints.

- Maintain records of customers' needs and requirements.

- Build rapport with customers before selling them products.
