We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Account Executive who is excited to join our team. Our client is a rapidly growing Start-Up based in NYC and is looking for world-class sales member to actively recruit providers to a new health program.

The right candidate will have a depth of knowledge on the US Healthcare system (and insurance) and is excited to speak with providers about the future of healthcare!

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Become an expert on our Clients value and emerging healthcare programs
    • Make high energy outbound calls to healthcare providers discuss client services and set up meetings with our Client
    • Help craft a successful outreach strategy and support a successful campaign across the US
    • Manage 50+ outbound calls daily while updating the CRM with detailed notes
    • Follow communication scripts when handling rejections

Requirements and Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
    • Persuasive and goal-oriented
    • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
    • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives Healthcare professionals, especially Doctors
    • Two years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience;
    • A year of experience in insurance campaign
    • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
    • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
