Job description
A Call Center Representative, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $850- $1300 per week
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and resolve client service requests.
Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity.
Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism.
Set up client files and obtain necessary information.
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferredPhone-related customer service a major plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
Bilingual language skills a plus
