- The average sales agent earns an average of $12 -$14 an hour. Starting pay is $10 plus commission.
- Also now offering a shift differential of .75 cents an hour after 6pm and on Weekends
Candidate Qualifications:
- Must live in KY
- High School or GED Diploma (Required)
- Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service/Sales Call Center experience (Preferred)
- Excellent written communication skills; attention to detail, data accuracy, and speed.
- Ability to navigate multiple technology systems, and multi-task.
- Interpreting data and questions to create first contact resolution.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Must have excellent grammar, punctuality, speed, and the ability to thrive in a complex organization.
- Must be able to think proactively and collaborate effectively.
- Work From Home

- Effectively communicate with customers
- Handle inbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
