Equipment for this position is required. Must be MacBook or Windows 10 or higher Operating System. You must have a WebCam, Headset, and High Speed Internet.

• The average sales agent earns an average of $12 -$14 an hour. Starting pay is $10 plus commission.
• Also now offering a shift differential of .75 cents an hour after 6pm and on Weekends

Candidate Qualifications:

• Must live in KY
• High School or GED Diploma (Required)
• Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service/Sales Call Center experience (Preferred)
• Excellent written communication skills; attention to detail, data accuracy, and speed.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology systems, and multi-task.
• Interpreting data and questions to create first contact resolution.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Must have excellent grammar, punctuality, speed, and the ability to thrive in a complex organization.
• Must be able to think proactively and collaborate effectively.
• Work From Home

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with customers
• Handle inbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
• Educate and offer products and services to our customers
• Meet or exceed company goals

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
