About Us:
The Marketing, Data & Operations organization plays a central role in the Paramount Streaming Group, responsible for the Consumer & Growth Marketing, Data & Insights and Business Operations for Pluto TV & Paramount+ at the cornerstone of growth across the free and pay streaming markets.

Overview:
The Central Project Management Office (PMO) within the Marketing, Data & Operations organization, is a team that serves as the throughline supporting the organization’s diverse functions and touch points into Paramount+. This role sits within the Campaign management team, who serve as the cross functional ambassadors for the Marketing and Production organization.

Role Details:
The Paramount+ Campaign Project Manager supports campaign and creative planning, drives end-to-end project management and tracking of a marketing campaign, and provides cross-functional support to ensure cohesive, integrated workflows, and communication throughout the lifecycle of the campaign. The campaign project manager will also work cross-functionally with program marketing, brand leads, creative directors, marketing production and operations, agencies, brand partners, design, content strategy, partner marketing, social, PR, and the product team to ensure teams are working in concert with one another to hit key campaign benchmarks. The Campaign Project Manager will be responsible for managing the production process & project management for all promotional assets needed by our domestic and International teams.

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead/drive and track multiple 360-degree marketing campaigns and complex creative timelines simultaneously for Paramount+ originals and brand campaigns.
Work with agencies and marketing teams to assess initial requests for information, project parameters, priority scheduling, and creation of all deliverables against established deadlines and marketing strategies.
Ensure the internal Creative and Production teams have all of the information and resources required to start a project prior to kick-off, following up with and arranging communications with partners as needed.
Set, track, and distribute campaign and production timelines based on integrated workflows, and individual asset needs, to help manage teams toward key campaign achievements - adjusting to avoid time-sensitive bottlenecks and enable pivots as needed. Applying contextual workback schedules for all in-house and vendor related production of campaigns, for large volumes of content that span the full range of marketing deliverables, including logos, key art, trailers, shoots, high-impact digital media, print, press, social, linear and digital video creative deliverables.
Maintain clear project tracking, status, risk assessments in project management systems.
Maintain oversight of deliverables status and facilitate routing through creative, approvals, A/V, and finishing while ensuring all assets are targeted to deliver on time and on budge, capturing screenshots of live placements; Alerting campaign team and leadership of any variations to schedule.
Lead meetings, drive agendas and cross-functional communication, share recaps and next steps.
Partner with agencies and creative and marketing teams within Paramount as well as externally to oversee successful launches of Paramount+ Originals and Paramount+ brand campaigns. Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and in scope with the capacity of our team and partners in mind.

Basic Qualifications:
BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, Production or related field
2+ years working in 360 campaign project management
Fluency with design, video and digital file specs, including key art, print, video, social, as well as experience in working closely with agencies and partners on large linear media buys
Experience managing campaign lifecycle applying task and workflow management tools such as Asana, Jira, CODA, Monday.com or similar
Familiarity with digital asset management systems, AirTable, Google Suite, Frame.io a plus
Adaptable, flexible and able to change gears quickly and nimbly when changes happen to processes and projects

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $80,000.00 - 100,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
