Star Tribune has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Success Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team. The Campaign Success Specialist will play a vital role on key accounts by acting as an important communication hub between clients and internal cross-functional teams. As a member of the Sales & Marketing team this person will focus on client retention and satisfaction. This dedicated role partners with each client’s Sales team to support effective order management, relay status updates and participate in project management.

Qualifications:

• Clear, effective communication both in person and through digital platforms
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Project Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree and/or certification in a related field and/or work experience equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• 1+ years customer support experience
• Strong communication planning, collaborative, and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working on creative high energy level projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
• Resourceful, highly dependable, efficient & detail oriented
