A client of mine located in King of Prussia is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join their growing organization. This is an exciting opportunity to really own the Campus Recruitment strategy for their region. Some duties of the role will include but not be limited to the following:

• Partner with Senior Executives and leaders to develop and execute a robust college recruiting program.
• Oversee the regional university recruiting program
• Seek out opportunities to connect with key schools, build brand recognition on campus and attract top talent.
• Plan, coordinate and attend on Campus events (Career Fairs, Info Session, Classroom presentations, etc.)
• Build pipeline of entry-level and intern leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Screen potential candidates via phone interview and/or in person and guide candidates through interview process.
• Maintain consistent positive flow of communication between candidates and leadership.
• Update and maintain applicant tracking system, including reporting on various recruiting metrics.
• Manage Intern program including housing, orientation, engagement events, trainings, etc.
• Travel regionally to offices/colleges on a weekly basis during “busy season”

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of related experience sourcing/recruiting candidates through campus recruiting, cold calling, networking, and internet search.
• Experience organizing, supporting, and growing a college campus recruiting strategy.
• Computer skills: ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and proficiency using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
