California is moving quickly toward renewable energy and non gas utilities now more then ever. People are in search of the right programs to lower their power and gas bills. We are looking for coachable and motivated sales representatives to join our rapidly growing team in building relationships and closing deals. Our representatives are not responsible for running permits or executing any part of the installation, Our reps only focus on what they love: Sales!

Responsibilities:

• Convey product and services effectively to customers in person
• Convey benefits of the services available to customers. You will be given all information needed
• Canvass (knocking door to door), distribute program literature and schedule a technician a minimum of 5 appointments daily
• Attend bi-weekly trainings
• Become certified and badged for the Energy Savings Assistance Programs
• Keep in regular communication with the office, assigned technician, and manager

• Tulare County

Qualifications:

• Ability to look presentable and speak clearly
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Access to reliable transportation
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Client management experience recommended
• Basic computer and iPad skills
