Splash n' Dash Car Wash is looking for a manager that will have a passion for providing a high-quality customer service experience while maintaining and exceeding operational standards. Splash N' Dash currently owns and operates 6 car wash locations within the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, and Henderson. With top-of-the-line equipment, we provide an industry-leading car wash product at an affordable price.

Must be friendly, dependable, honest, and hard-working. You must have a dependable form of transportation. Must be fluent in English. Must be able to work well with others as well as be able to work independently. MUST have people skills and provide good customer service! This position requires managing multiple locations.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining operational standards at each location.
- Preparing and maintaining quality control procedures.
- Measuring, maintaining, and ordering inventory and chemicals as needed.
- Inspecting car wash logs and equipment (performing light routine maintenance and repairs).
- Analyzing and reconciling weekly/monthly sales figures and reporting to upper management.
- HR responsibilities (sourcing, hiring, coaching, and terminating) Car Wash staff.
