We are offering a $6,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).
Enhances the abundant life of residents by providing assistance through performance of routine direct and indirect resident activities according to established policies and procedures. Maintains resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes resident acceptance of service plans and responds promptly to overall resident needs. Qualifications:
In accordance with the Rule issued by the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Service, all employees are required to either (1) establish they have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19; or (2) obtain an approved exemption/accommodation through Lutheran SeniorLife for a qualifying medical condition that contraindicates the vaccination, or on the basis of a sincerely held religious belief, practice or observance.
Shift: Varies Typical Work Hours: Various shifts available including alternating weekends.
Rates starting at $17.90 per hour.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) as per regulation. Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Additional experience with service for elders is preferred.
- CPR/First Aide or successful completion after hire. Successful completion of state medication approved administration course and direct care programs.
- Basic knowledge of computers required.
