We are currently seeking a Caregiver (PM shifts available) for residents at our Assisted Living community in areas of care including personal care, homemaking, and companionship in Grand Terrace, CA (San Bernardino County).

Our ideal candidate has a passion for working with seniors and understands the opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of life of their residents. As part of the team, your role is to help ensure we are providing the best service to our residents, their families, and fellow co-workers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with transfers, including from sit to stand, wheelchair assistance.
• Help with bathing or showering, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care.

Requirements:

• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Ability to treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with residents in a friendly and congenial manner.
