Overview
Peel Properties is accepting applications for a full-time Carpenter Apprentice to work in our Bethesda, MD location. The available position schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30am – 2:30 pm with occasional weekend hours. The Carpenter Apprentice will be responsible for assisting in metal stud framing, install and finish drywall, millwork and painting.
Responsibilities
· Repairing and or installing acoustical ceilings.
· Repaint apartments and office spaces
· Must be able to assist in Hauling trash/ material pick up
· Must be able to work outside of normal business hours when needed
· Must be able to install dry wall plaster and finish.
Qualifications
· Highschool Diploma
· Minimum of 1-2 years of construction trade
· Driver’s License required / own personal vehicle
· Basic computer and smart phone knowledge
· Must have basic hand tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
