As a Case Manager, you will partner with another family based team member to assist children and their families by providing therapy in order to support the family system in functioning optimally. Case Managers exercise clinical/casework skills and considerable independent judgment, decision-making, and creativity in facilitating the individual's/family's personal growth and enhancing the stability of their social network. You will:

• Provide individual and team-delivered treatment services to families including therapy, skills training, and education designed to enable families to care for children with mental health diagnoses or serious emotional disturbances in the home.
• Work closely with other mental health specialists, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, case managers, psychiatric nurses, school counselors, and behavioral health providers.
• Provide individual and family counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
• Participate actively in all relevant team, supervision, and general staff meetings, to enhance the services of Community Services Group.

This position offers:

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience working with children/families in a CASSP system program.
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, pre-med, theology or anthropology from an accredited college or university.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and the willingness to transport individuals within the community in personal or CSG vehicles, including passenger vans.
• Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
