You'll get to....

• Provide initial case management services which includes the oversight of all initial logistics pertaining to the clients arrival and providing the necessary support to begin cultural integration.

• Secure and setup appropriate housing for refugee clients prior to arrival by accessing established relationships with apartment complexes and developing new relationships with other community complexes.

• Prepare and maintain detailed case records, required forms, and reports in order to remain in compliance with the program.

Are you the newest R&P Case Manager?

• A belief that ending poverty is possible.
• One-year experience in social services or a combination of education and experience, preferred.
• Familiarity with refugee populations and their needs is preferred.
• Bilingual in a current refugee language, strongly preferred.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English required.
• Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver’s license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
• Must be willing to occasionally drive agency vehicles as well as personal vehicle for job purposes.
