Position: Cash Application Analyst (Entry Level)

Location: North Bergen, NJ

Industry: Food & Beverage

Pay: $19-$22/hr. – Paid Weekly!!

A major food retailer is urgently hiring for an up-and-coming accounting & finance professional to join their Accounts Receivable team within their Cash & Sales Audit department. Qualified candidates must have a degree in accounting or finance and be able to operate in a fast-paced environment. This candidate will report to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor for that department, where they will have exposure to various facets of the Accounting Process.

Candidates must be able to commute to their office in North Bergen, NJ!

Candidates will be trained on the below:

• Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances
• Review payments and apply them to the correct customer account
• Create regular reports to accurately track financial information
• Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies
• Engage in collection management processes as necessary
• Assist department with other AR related work including credit/collections as needed
• Manipulate data using excel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
• Highly organized and able to multitask
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Excel
