We take in thousands of items each week that need to be photographed, categorized, and given descriptions to be sold on our online auction platform.
Summary:
To be the first point of access to all Repocast, Orbitbid, and Rangerbid customers. To be friendly, fast and patient in taking all payment forms from customers. To be clear and respectful when informing customers about Repocast policies. To kindly direct customers in next step in the pickup process.

Typical Cashier Duties:
- Take the correct amount of payment from the customer, using appropriate devices and procedures
- Count down drawer daily and balance with paid invoices using the cashier balance sheet
- Complete/attach/file required forms (i.e. tax exemption, IRS 8300, etc.)
- Communicate with warehouse workers
- Help answer customer questions
- Keep cash drawer organized
- Clean and tidy the cashier's office
- Other duties as requested by manager
Typical Check In Duties:
- Starting contracts with customers selling items
- Ensuring all information is accurate
- Ensuring all information is filled out before moving on
- Using proper grammar and spelling
- Adding lots to contracts on occasion
- Edit and review auction items for errors
- Ensuring accurate category placement
- Consignor information is correct
- Spelling and grammar mistakes are corrected
- Accurate pictures and matching descriptions
- Using online search tools to verify questions on items
- Editing any descriptions from customer requests or manager requests
- Making changes to locations
- Other duties as requested by manager
