Hiring Truck Drivers:

• Solo
• Team
• Lease-Purchase
• Owner Operator

Requirements:

• 23 years of age or older
• 1.5 years of verifiable semi-truck driving experience
• Must possess a current Class A CDL
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No major/serious violations in the last 5 years including leaving the scene of an accident, speeding violations 15 mph over the speed limit, reckless/careless driving, Driving Under the Influence (DUI, DWI), etc.
• No drug or alcohol offenses in the last 3 years
• Meet DOT requirements and be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen tests, both of which are paid for by the company
• Perform PTI and report equipment malfunction on time
• Manage your time properly to ensure on time picks and deliveries

We offer:

• We pay $0.60 - $0.70/mile OR 25-27% from gross - your choice (depending on experience)
• Our OTR Drivers AVERAGE $1,800-2,200 take home per week (depending on the driver)
• Run less than 3,000 miles and still take home $1,800-$2,200 (again, depending on the driver)
• Weekly Settlements on Wednesday with direct deposit
• 2 weeks on the road/2 days home - 4 weeks on the road/5 days home

• PAID vacation - Earn 1 paid week off per every year worked, up to 3 weeks
• No Touch Freight

Inspection Bonus

• Level 1 - $350
• Level 2 - $250
• Level 3 - $150

Orientation:

• Monday - Wednesday
