This position will be responsible for providing great customer service along with scheduling patient exams for multiple departments in addition to assisting the MR Technologist and providing direct care to the patient.

Essential Duties include:

• Order Entry for Lab and Radiology
• Result retrieval and report printing
• Quick registrations for Lab
• Scan Providers notes and Consent forms
• Phone operating- screener for multiple departments
• Check EMR for all laboratory and radiology orders
• Making CD’s of patient images as required
• Facilitate daily operations of the MRI schedule
  
• Coordinating care and working with multiple facilities and departments
• Assisting patient in proper positioning and provide comfort as needed
• Assist technologist in set up of equipment and exams
• Document procedural information in the appropriate Electronic Health systems
• Must have experience working in a medical office with medical scheduling. Medical terminology required.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
