Job description

Hospice company servicing the Eastern San Gabriel Valley- Western Inland Empire is currently looking to hire a Per Diem Certified Home Health Aide. This position will be on a per diem basis to start. You will be assisting patient with ADLs, be required to see your assigned patients within the normal business hours, document your visit within 24hrs of visit on our EMR system and report any patient changes to Case Manager immediately. Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Standard shift:

  • Day shift

Weekly schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
