Tidewater Air Balance, Inc. (TAB, Inc.) is a growing company based in Chesapeake, Virginia. We provide HVAC Testing and Balancing services throughout southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. Our services are in high demand as we provide a niche service required on most commercial HVAC projects.

The Position Available

Tidewater Air Balance (TAB, Inc.) is seeking an experienced NEBB Certified Testing and Balancing Technician or Professional.

Minimum 2 years testing and balancing experience REQUIRED.

Experience with Direct Digital Controls/Building Automation Systems is REQUIRED.

Experience with balancing Hydronic Mechanical Systems is a strong plus.

Candidate must be professional and career minded with strong work ethic. Desire to obtain NEBB TAB Professional is ideal and would be fully supported. Advancement opportunity for TAB Tech looking to move up with certification.

Candidate should have ability to be project lead tech and work independently without daily supervision.

Good driving record and no criminal history required.

Previous DBIDS Badge or approved access to secure government, military and facilities is a plus.

A company vehicle, company laptop, and company cell phone will be provided.
