Here at TCPA, we are looking for motivated, proactive, results-driven specialist physicians to grow with our company, while setting the gold standard for Post-Acute care delivery.

We are looking for a reliable CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) to join our growing back office team.

Position is Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00

Position is remote, however applicants must reside in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing EMR to prep encounter notes and maintain accurate records on patients
• Handling correspondences and concerns from facilities, patients, and their families via fax, phone call, and email communications
• Assist with telehealth visits inside the facilities when providers are not available in person. Must have open availability as the schedule can change week to week.

Skills

• Proven experience as CMA or similar role
• Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
• Good knowledge of G-Suite and data entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
• Successful completion of CMA program is a must

Requirements:

• Must have strong EHR/EMR/computer skills
• Must have strong remote internet connection
• Must have current CMA certificate in State of Georgia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
