CONTRACT:
- Dates of contract: 9/19/2022 to 12/18/2022
- Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon-Fri
- Pay Rate: $28/hr
- Guarantee 40 hours
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience, or equivalent.
- Active professional license.
- Ability to build rapport with mature patients.
- Strong manual therapy skills.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Dementia Training
- COVID vaccine card and COVID test
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- NBCOT verification

Responsibilities
- Ability to review and evaluate patient’s medical history, conditions and needs
- Diagnose physical and functional abilities
- Collaborate with staff to restore, maintain and promote physical function, wellness and fitness
- Demonstrate therapeutic exercises to help relieve pain in individuals suffering with chronic conditions
- Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly.
- Recommend adaptive equipment’s and instruct patients on their uses.
- Physical stamina to lift patients and spend long hours standing and modeling exercises.
- Prevent progression of impairments, functional limitations and symptom of diseases, disorders, conditions or injuries.
- Assist other facility staff members as needed to provide care and create a clean, orderly and effective environment for rehabilitation and physical therapy.
