Job description
The Chief of Staff works closely with the executive and senior leadership team to ensure compliance throughout the agency. They focus on policy implementation, training, and regulatory requirements across all programs to best support employees. The Chief of Staff also provides support throughout the agency on special projects to aid in employee retention.
- Schedule, organize, document, facilitate, and support in various meetings as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.
- Coordinate efforts to ensure policies and procedures for each department are updated annually and reflect current implementation.
- Collaborate with leadership team members to determine and prioritize business strategies and outcomes, while ensuring decisions are data-driven and align with the agencies strategic plan.
