Responsibilities:
- Senior Leader at RELI that reports directly to CEO acting as primary technical advisor to RELI leadership and government clients
- Ensure RELI stays ahead of technology and position RELI to be in the technical forefront
- Collaborate with leadership team to determine technical direction of company
- Understanding of government client’s current technical challenges and how technology can solve these problems
- Lead and research vendor solutions to determine how they might be used in support of driving delivery and proposals
- Responsible for leading and developing technical solutions in support of proposal activities that span across healthcare and defense sectors
- Ensure that technical solutions proposed to our clients are delivered and drive customer satisfaction
- Lead technical discussions with customers and partners in support of Sectors
- Build confidence of customers and partners through knowledge and understanding of requirements
- Collaborate with RELI sector leads in identifying business opportunities
- Develop technical whitepapers and client presentations
- Lead technical evaluation of RELI’s back-office solutions
- Lead product development including prototypes
- Help screen and interview technical candidates for projects
- Mentor RELI’s technical resources
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred, Bachelor’s degree required
- 15+ years’ experience working as a Solutions Architect or Senior Technology leader
- 10+ years’ of experience engaging with federal government delivering technical solutions that demonstrate innovation while meeting customer requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Exceptional Organization and time-management skills
- Knowledge of latest technological advances that could benefit company RELI and our government clients
- Experience and/or understanding of wide variety of technologies including some of emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA, NLP)
- Ability to Multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
- Knowledge of best information technology practices meeting government guidelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of all IT functions and roles
- Place of Performance: This position is remote with occasional travel to the DC/Baltimore/Virginia area
