Child Support Enforcement and Collections Specialist
Job description
This position works closely with assistant county attorneys as well as custodial parents to establish, modify, and enforce child support obligations. Duties include drafting legal documents, communicating with parties in person and on the phone, and utilizing a statewide database. Applicants must demonstrate mathematical and computer proficiency, customer service experience, and ability to work with a diverse group of custodial and noncustodial parents. Salary dependent upon experience.
