Salary: $90,000
Interborough Developmental and Consultation Center (IDCC) is seeking adynamic, compassionate, and engaging trauma-informed Senior Lead Clinician with experience in training and facilitation. The SLCs will be joining a new program tasked with training IDCC’s clinicians with a number of trauma-informed clinical models and supporting IDCC’s transformation into a trauma-informed organization. The SLCs will have clinical experience working with children and youth impacted by complex trauma in clinic and/or school-based settings. This position is mostly on-site.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Report to and assist Project Director in agency transformation
- Conduct EBPs training and facilitation; coach clinicians and supervisors; train and assist supervisors in monitoring staff implementation of EBPs with fidelity
- Provide case consultation
- Co-lead the development of an EBP Learning Community and co-facilitate/design meetings and training materials
- Provide supervision
- May provide direct services to a small caseload of children and youth impacted by trauma
- Collect and analyze data on progress of project
- Qualifications and Experience
- Licensed clinician in a mental health field required – LCSW/LMHC
- Must have experience in at least one trauma-informed clinical model, such as TF-CBT, DBT, the ARC Framework, CPP, etc.
- Experience providing clinical training and supervision, preferred
- Must have a deep working knowledge of trauma and experience with children, youth, and families impacted by complex trauma
- Experience providing treatment in a clinical and/or school-based setting
