Daycare teacher responsibilities:

*Teachers will meet the general needs of each individual child in their classroom. *Teachers will also plan lesson plans based on the weekly theme.

*Schedule and implement the daily program of appropriate developmental experiences for their group of children.

*Teachers will communicate with parents via face to face, daily sheets and monthly newsletters.

*Teacher will be responsible for keeping the physical environment safe, clean and conductive to the children's growth and development.

*Teachers will make daily observations of the children, setting goals and documenting growth through the use of portfolios is another duty teachers are required to do.

Child care Teacher and Assitant teacher job details:

Hours will be discussed upon hire, we work 5-8 hour days, possibly 4-10 hr days. After your 90 days probationary period, you can get Health Ins, Dental Ins, Short term disability and Life Ins.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)
