The BSE will report to Director - Strategic Cisco Sales or Manager - Strategic Cisco Sales in Strategic Partners - Cisco department and working remotely or at the nearest SHI office location in the TOLA if applicable.

- Collaborate with sales teams to drive the sales process of the solution, by coordinating customer reviews of aging inventory and looking for refresh opportunities, to utilize Cisco’s programs, promotions, and pricing and maximize the amount of margin generated
- Coach sales team to identify and qualify opportunities to achieve Cisco Revenue and GM target attainment within assigned territory
- Collaborate with sales team and make recommendations to help maximize margin of the Cisco architecture within the deal while still meeting customer needs and delivery of product
- Provide monthly reporting, analysis of business results and joint pipeline to business leaders within territory
- Establish and help develop relationships between SHI and Cisco within territory
- Be the ambassador of SHI’s Value to all levels of the Cisco resources
- Ensure AE activities are tightly aligned with Cisco Sales goals within assigned territory
- Resolve all escalation/issues with Cisco partnership product solutions
- Keep current on all Cisco programs, rebates, processes changes and relay, educate sales force on changes by meeting with team to educate and including Cisco team when needed
- 3 years minimum in a direct sales or channel business development role or 3 years’ experience in the following:
- Sales support/training/enablement role
- Renewals supporting SMARTnet or recurring software EA’s
- Marketing/planning role supporting partners
- Supporting a product line or partner
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience or CCNA - CCIE certification
- 2 years demonstrated experience growing new business
- 1 year experiance selling Cisco
- Strong background in Microsoft Office

- Experience with Cisco’s Global Enterprise or Commercial Segment(s)
- Experience with Cisco’s portals, tools, programs, and processes
- Experience with transacting Cisco through distribution
- Cisco Certifications a plus
- 25% travel to partner conferences/events and customer sites as needed

The estimated pay range for this position in Colorado is $70,000 - $150,000, which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location, and therefore will vary from individual to individual.
