Western National is seeking an energetic individual to fill the position of Commercial Lines Support Specialist II in Seattle, WA. This position is responsible to provide administrative and clerical support to underwriters and agencies by rating and entering transactions into established systems for commercial lines.
This role will allow for someone to work hybrid once fully trained.
The full hiring range for this role is: $21.30-$29.80 hourly; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role. Candidates outside of the range listed above are encouraged to apply and will be considered based upon their individual qualifications and/or may be considered for other positions.
Responsibilities:
- Work within standard operating procedures and established practices to provide timely customer service to Underwriters and agencies by rating new and renewal business, premium audits, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements.
- Keep accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others.
- Seeks relevant information and answers to key questions from defines sources.
- Identifies and/or analyzes straightforward problems, recommend solutions.
- Makes decisions for routine activities.
- Contacts other internal departments and team members.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow a process while being detail oriented.
- Time management/ability to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate Word/Excel Skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
