Job description
Work directly with customers either by telephone or in person.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Answer customer questions for all Holding Company and Central Bank Classic tours.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails.
Take the extra mile to engage customers and sell tours. Invoice customers for upcoming trips.
Accurately record payments for all tours.
Learn about the Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption insurance – sales, purchase and claim process.
Prepare packets of information for each traveler on group tours.
Plan and lead Classic day trips.
Perform other tasks as needed and/or as required by department.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service skills required, both over-the-phone and in-person
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Previous Sales experience helpful
Ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time
Organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
