As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Clearing Operator.
Responsibilities will include:
- Operate an excavator with a grapple, stump harvester, feller buncher, grinder, skidder, track loader, and chainsaw.
- Fell trees, grub, stumps and underbrush.
- Skid trees to landing, bucking logs, grinding trees, and stumps into a truck or the ground.
- Responsible for daily transportation to the job site.
- Responsible for daily inspection and maintenance of equipment
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade School experience is preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in the land clearing and forestry industry preferred
