Clerical

APS Medical Billing, located in Toledo Ohio, is seeking a qualified candidate who is ready to work in a fast paced environment providing direct support to our billing team. This position is an entry level opportunity to begin learning the business of medical claims processing. This is accomplished through:

• Preparing and submitting medical records to insurers and other requesters
• Verifying patient insurance information
• Claims submission
• Account adjustments and balance reconciling projects
• Entering patient demographic information and other data entry
• Strong typing and other computer skills
• Experience working in Microsoft Office programs: including Outlook, Excel and Word.
