Lumos Diagnostics has an immediate opening for two temporary full-time Clerical Assistants.

Lumos Diagnostics is seeking a motivated, qualified individual with a proven track record of success and professional growth to join our dynamic team.

As a member of the R&D team, the Lumos Diagnostics Clerical Assistant performs various routine and defined clerical tasks in an office environment. Prepares, files, and maintains physical or electronic records and documents in required formats. Compiles and verifies information using simple calculations and standard procedures. Inputs data into a tracking database or system. Retrieves documents or responds to requests for information from internal or external customers by phone or e-mail. May assist with general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and scans and naming documents.
  • Types and distributes internal and external correspondence as assigned.
  • Sorts and files correspondence and other records.
  • Performs data entry duties as assigned.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of three to five year of related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Keystroke a minimum of 55 wpm.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing

priorities with enthusiasm.
