The Role

- Talking with and helping people
- Being a subject matter expert within the travel industry
- Demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment to our valued clients
- Managing time effectively and multi-tasking to complete objectives
- Triaging priorities on the fly and communicating shifts with the team
- Working cohesively with multiple teams to accomplish goals
- Communicating effectively and concisely to all levels of management
- Working with our business partners to resolve time-sensitive issues
- Demonstrating integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to overcome challenges
Qualifications

- Evidence of excellence in an educational and/or professional environment
- Extremely polished oral communication skills, both in person and on the phone, as well as excellent written communications skills
- Acute attention to detail, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills required
