The Client Service Associate plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization. As the person who is primarily responsible for executing on the service needs of our clients, the client service associate plays a critical role in the overall experience our clients have with our firm. Whether it’s setting up a new account, handling service requests, or answering the phones, the client service associate should demonstrate keen attention to detail with a service heart.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation.
  • Ability to proactively assess situations and work/think independently
  • Superior phone skills—friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone
  • Computer literate—Proficient with Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity in working with a customer relationship management (CRM) software desired
  • A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Professional demeanor
  • 2 years prior financial services experience is required
  • 4 years prior customer service experience required
  • Prior LPL experience is a bonus

Responsibilities & Activities

  • Greets clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office or call
  • Handles incoming telephone calls, routes calls, manages general voicemail box
  • Completes client account paperwork and pending items as needed
  • Sends periodic client correspondence.
  • Assists in updating client files to ensure that all records are kept current and accurate
  • Coordinates the assembly and mailing of client paperwork.
  • Thorough follow-thru on all tasks assigned
  • Assist with client events, as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
