Job Summary:

THE TEAM

Ticketmaster Music is a passionate team within Ticketmaster dedicated to supporting our clients (concert promoters, agents and artist managers) by building tools that empower artists to more efficiently manage their touring business while understanding and engaging more deeply with their fans. It’s hard work. We love it, and we have a rare opening for an exceptionally talented Client Services Manager to join our team.

THE JOB

The Client Services Manager will provide front-line support to Ticketstoday and Ticketmaster Request clients as well as internal support across the Ticketmaster Music family of products. The role is both client and program-focused, requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. A professional image must be maintained as you will be representing Ticketstoday and Ticketmaster while interacting with our high-profile clients.

This role will work on a team that includes other Account Managers and Software Engineers based in Charlottesville, VA.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Work as part of a client and product support team using multiple applications to build ticketing events for sale online
  • Data entry/information gathering from venue box offices for event setup
  • Facilitate emails communication to fans regarding event updates and changes
  • Assist the settlement team with coordinating payments to reconcile events post-show
  • Assist in testing new software and reporting bugs and other system issues to engineering team
  • Manage HOST transfer for all allocations from Ticketmaster venues
  • Provide valuable onsale cycle information to artist teams

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a technical support role preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required
  • High energy, responding well to pressure, and working towards deadline skills required
  • Excellent knowledge Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required
  • Prior knowledge of Ticketmaster and/or Ticketstoday proprietary software a plus
  • HTML, email marketing knowledge preferred
