Part-Time Crew Associate

4 shifts available (6am-12pm, 12pm-5pm, 5pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)

Must work weekends

Rate of Pay - $15.00-$17.00 per hour

As a ShopRite MFC Associate, you will be trained to work with cutting edge automation and technology to pick, pack, and ship customer orders in record time. We are looking for hard-working applicants who are interested in building expertise in warehouse and fulfillment operations and are excited to work with burgeoning technologies on the forefront of ecommerce fulfillment.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language

· Follow written and graphic instructions on display screens

· Work at a fast pace with coordinated hand-eye movements

· Use handheld computer devices

· Perform basic math.

· Stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift

· Bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift/lower 25 lbs., and occasionally lift 50 lbs.

· Climb a step-ladder to retrieve items from overhead racking and storage areas

· Work with fresh, dried and/or processed products, spices and powdered substances without negative allergic consequences

· Work in varying climate-controlled temperature zones

· Work cooperatively with others

· Opening receive and positively respond to feedback and coaching from supervisors

· Work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies

General Department Responsibilities:

· Be knowledgeable about the various types of products carried in the Micro Fulfillment Center

· Be knowledgeable about the applicable device and software, and observant of training provided

· Properly handle all items in a customer’s order to ensure the highest quality

· Regularly lift, lower, pull, push and rotate merchandise that weighs 25 lbs., and that occasionally weighs up to 50 lbs.

· Be knowledgeable of item location within the Micro Fulfillment Center

· Stand at work station for duration of scheduled shift.

· Maintain a safe, clean, neat, and organized work environment in accordance to Dept. of Sanitation and QA standards.

· Keep floor clear of debris and spills

· Adhere to all Federal, State and Local regulations as they pertain to the ShopRite from Home operation

· Perform all duties in accordance with Company rules, policies, safety requirements, and security standards and all Local, State and Federal health and civil code regulations

· Dress and groom according to Company policy.

· Utilize and maintain equipment as required by department; report any equipment problems immediately.

· Complete all applicable training programs

· Perform all duties in accordance with all ShopRite Service Priorities (Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency)

· Maintain punctual and regular attendance

· Must be 18 years or older
