We are seeking a Clinic Research Assistant for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? As a Research Assistant you will perform administrative and clinical duties at research clinics.

• You will provide administrative support with protocol distribution at research clinics
• You will support the research nurse in locating patient’s research chart for patient visits and data collection
• You will prepare research charts for upcoming visits by ensuring current source documents are on the chart, correct labs are ordered, and new version of ICF is printed (if applicable)
• You will takes phone messages
• You will collect data from existing records as needed for real time data collection
• You will provide the research nurse with assistance in ensuring research documents are completed in a timely manner
• You will file documents in research chart
• You will ensure there is an adequate stock of office supplies and equipment for all research clinics
• You will schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and calendars for research nurses
• You will track and assist in obtaining outstanding training for nurses and investigators
• You will tracks patients’ reconsent documents
• You will assist in prioritizing queries based on due date and importance
• You will facilitate in obtaining signatures on necessary documents including but not limited to AE and RECIST logs
• You will updates lab kit request logs for all clinics on a weekly basis
• You will fax and scan documents to appropriate departments
• You will send study correspondence to appropriate persons

You should have for this position:

• High School Diploma, preferably an Associate’s Degree
• Knowledge of secretarial procedures
• Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation to type from draft copy
• Computer skills including the ability to gather and report information
