Gateway Domestic Violence Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to support our vision and provide leadership!

The Gateway Clinical Director is a part of our core leadership team that oversees our non-residential counseling services team. This team serves victims of domestic violence and their children. We are looking for passionate, dedicated employee to lead our non-residential services program and to support our caring, comprehensive services. Working with Gateway provides an opportunity to serve the community.

While overseeing case planning, collecting statistical data, and maintaining complete client files, you will provide regular supervision to 5 nonresidential staff, facilitate weekly team meetings, and carry a small caseload of individual clients.

As Clinical Director, you will be asked to utilize your prior knowledge of domestic violence and its effects on families to develop and maintain a strong team and collaborate within all programs at Gateway. This role will also involve appropriate and effective crisis intervention skills to be used when needed.

Gateway serves to prevent and eliminate intimate partner violence through counseling, residential care, and empowering people for social change.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field required
• 3+ years of program management, clinical supervision of staff, and direct clinical work experience, including trauma informed care required
• Intimate partner violence background preferred
• DORA Licensure as LPC, LCSW or LMFT, preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Knowledge of local housing resources preferred

WHAT OUR ORGANIZATION IS PROVIDING

• Expected annual salary range of $78,000 - $84,000, depending on education and experience.
