Overview:
Worcester Community Housing-This program provides long term housing, support and treatment for families in recovery from addictions to drugs and alcohol. The primary goal and purpose for this program is to provide a coordinated set of activities which assist families to stabilize in housing, attain long term sobriety, reunify with their children, and obtain the skills and supports they need to live in their apartments. All referrals are made through the Institute for Health and Recovery.
CHL's North Village residential outreach program provides housing and support services to women and families in recovery from addictions to drugs and/or alcohol. The program provides a supportive environment that focuses on empowerment, development of self-esteem, family reunification and healing. The program provides individual, group and family focused treatment and skill-building services. All referrals to this program are made through the Institute for Health and Recovery.

- Oversee the clinical component of two community housing programs (Worcester Community Housing and North Village)
- Includes assessment
- Treatment planning
- Staff training/supervision
- Group facilitation
- Crisis intervention
- Referrals, and all related paperwork
- Encourages and supports diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, respect, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.
- Master's Degree in Human Services related field and one of the following licenses: LADC I, LICSW, LMHC.
- Knowledge of addiction and twelve step recovery
- Able to provide trauma informed care
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team.
- Must have 2 years supervisory experience
- Current valid US-issued drivers license and ability to provide registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes, including transporting clients in your own vehicle or company vehicle
- Must be able to pass a CORI background check
