GENERAL SUMMARY

The Clinical and Operations Supervisor is directly responsible for the performance and supervision of clinical teams providing clinical and administrative supervision and direction, program implementation, and management of clinical practitioner caseloads. Assist the Clinic Administrator/ Director with implementation of program, distribution and monitoring of service documentation compliance, and implementation, promotion, organization, development and coordination of program services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provides direct observation/review and consultation for field based clinical practitioners/community outreach specialists; manage day-to-day of delivery of services ensuring adherence to agency, contract and compliance performance standards.

· Assists the Clinic Administrator/ Director with managing day-to-day delivery of services to ensure agency’s targets, performance standards and compliance with contract and applicable regulations are met.

· Completes audits of clinical documentation and provides training to ensure quality service delivery.

· Monitors team’s direct service time, timeliness of documentation, caseload ratio, percentage of expected goals met on a monthly basis.

· Actively participates in the hiring process and annual employee performance appraisals with the Clinical Administrator/ Director.

· Independently generate, review and disseminate management reports to monitor team’s performance to include analysis of suspended services, assessments, or documentation impacting revenue and contract metrics.

· Utilize reports in management processes with clinical team; individual employees; and as part of divisional management processes reporting to VP.

· Ensures direct social services are provided by focusing on all daily operational aspects of treatment and in compliance with all regulations.

· Manages clinical practitioner’s caseloads and makes adjustments when necessary, and assists with maintaining consistency between clinic census and budget to ensure financial stability.

· Provides oversight of and assumes responsibility for all clinic operations in absence of Program Director/Clinical Director or as otherwise directed by Program Director/Clinical Director.

· Assists Program Director/Clinical Director with process improvements and implementation for all clinic operations; actively participate in, and when requested.

· Leads Lean process improvement/implementation.

· Coordinates/collaborates with community partners to identify and develop specific resources in community.

· Participates in multi-disciplinary team meetings, participate in case reviews internally and with external stakeholders, e.g. insurance companies.

· Links and refers consumers presenting to clinic to appropriate services .(internal/external).

· May provide direct clinical services.

· Performs other related duties as required.

MINIMUM ENTRANCE QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

· Master's degree in a behavioral science is required for Behavioral Health division positions

· Experience reading and preparing reports, to include clinical notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries

· Five (5) years’ experience in treatment services for population served

· Two (2) years’ experience in management or supervision of treatment services for population

Licenses or Certifications

· Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LPC-Intern, LMSW, LCSW or LMFT, LMFT-A in good standing

Other Requirements

· Must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company’s auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business.

· Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies

· Must be able to meet the physical requirements to complete SAMA and CPR training including lifting up to 12 lbs. and supporting up to 55 lbs.; bending, stooping and getting on and off the floor without assistance.

COVID-19 Mandate Requirements

Unvaccinated Staff options:

a. Get Vaccinated per the CMS Mandate.

b. Have a medical/religious exemption. Unvaccinated staff will need to test once a week at the employees own time/expense and must wear enhanced PPE to include an N95 face mask and a face shield.

c. Consumer facing staff DO NOT have the option to be unvaccinated without an exemption.

d. If the position is not consumer facing, staff members may continue to be unvaccinated, without an exemption and test once a week at the employee’s own time/expense and must wear enhanced PPE to include an N95 face mask and a face shield.

Vaccinated Staff options:

a. For employees who are vaccinated and consumer facing, we are continuing to require wearing an N95 mask.

b. For all other vaccinated employees, we are requiring a cloth, surgical or N95 mask be worn in all shared spaces.

c. Vaccinated employees may only go unmasked if in a single occupancy office.

SUPERVISION

· Work requires supervising and monitoring performance for a regular group of employees (2 or more full-time employees) including providing input on hiring/disciplinary actions and work objectives/ effectiveness, performance evaluations, and realigning work as needed.

Pay: $70,113.30 - $105,177.95 per year
