Clinical Recruiter - Remote

There are careers, and then there are meaningful careers. We are looking for a Clinical Recruiter to join our amazing Talent Acquisition team! The primary function of this role will be to attract and hire Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and other clinical level roles.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:
- Full cycle recruitment of clinical positions, specifically Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
- Uses traditional and nontraditional recruitment strategies to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Source active and passive candidates from resources such as: LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake and Events
- Develop rapport with local candidates and networks to foster long-term relationships and pipelines for future openings.
- Collaborates with marketing team to develop advertising/social media programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
- Manage internal hiring process for employees that are soon to sit for their BCBA exam.
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to give and receive feedback on the interview and recruiting process.
- Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal teams to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
- Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Maintains and tracks data using ClearCompany ATS and Google Workplace.
Qualifications of the Recruiter:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
- 3+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience.
- Longevity in previous positions will be strongly taken into consideration.
- Must be detail-oriented, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work individually as well as within a team. We expect all staff to have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service; to have high ethical and professional standards of conduct; and to have an attitude of wanting to continuously improve their own professional performance.
- Must be excited by the Verbal Beginnings mission! Candidates will learn how to identify and hire people that change lives of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
- Active, articulate presence on social media or online communities is a huge plus.
