Clinical Support Analyst (On-Site)
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to service requests via the help desk ticketing system, telephone calls, email, and direct requests for technical support during business hours. Potential for on-call schedule.
- Provide Electronic Health Records and other clinical application support with logins, creation of accounts and disabling of accounts.
- Understand workflows in healthcare.
- Engage next level support and management on escalated issues.
- Maintain current knowledge related to use and support for the clinical software by attending webinars, user conferences, and education events as offered.
- Perform all other duties as required.
Position Requirements:
- Associate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field or equivalent experience is required.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare technical support preferred.
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to always provide end users with outstanding customer care and service.
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
