Clinical Training Manager
Reporting to the Training Director, this role is primarily responsible for independently providing training on equipment and procedures for urgent care services to all clinical staff. The incumbent will help create the ideal training program for urgent care services and ensure our staff is trained well and comfortable in delivering excellent services. This person must develop close relationships with the Director of Operations and clinic leaders.
The ideal candidate possesses a knowledge of urgent care procedures as well as a clinical knowledge of urgent care and family medicine services. Candidate should also be able to train staff and conduct clinic audits. Solid communication skills, including presentation, verbal and written abilities are vital.

Primary Job Duties:
- Responsible for new hire training and continuous training of current employees.
- Ability to generate easy-to-understand, comprehensive program material for new hires.
- Lead the monthly and ad-hoc meetings with the clinic leaders and support them where needed and required.
- Manage the quality of work performed by staff.
- Provide communication and follow up to ensure staff is fully informed of all new information related to products and procedures.
- Ensure resources are available for all clinics and all proper procedures are being performed daily.
- Develop process of ensuring clinical equipment is properly maintained and used.
- Manage certifications of clinical staff.
- Work with Regional Director of Operations, VP and other leaders to develop specific training programs where needed.
- Travel to locations within the states we operate in (GA, MD, FL, AL) is required (mileage stipend is provided).
Job Qualifications:
- Must hold an LPN or EMT active license.
- Minimum of two (2) years working at an urgent care or primary care practice.
- Previous clinical training experience required, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient with email, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel overnight.
