Requirements
· Have current CNA certification
· Follow care and treatment instructions of physicians’ orders
· Understand state and facility regulations & policies
· Assist with the independence of our residents by following care plans
· Documentation/charting as required
· Be alert for changing resident conditions and report them promptly
· Assist residents with daily living tasks and promote teamwork
Skills
· Effective verbal and written communication
· Ability to work in a team or independently
· Creativity for resident success
· Awareness of changing resident behaviors and reporting promptly
