Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
PT Nurse provides Licensed CNA’s access to shift openings at local Community-Based Residential Facilities, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, and long term care facilities through the PT Nurse app (available on iOS and Android).
Must be able to provide proof of:
- Photo ID
- CNA License
- MedPass Certification (Optional)
- CPR Certification
- TB Test (Within 12 Months)
Duties
- Directly assisting residents with aspects of daily living (ADL’s)
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Dressing
- Feeding
- Transporting
- Etc.
- Recording and reporting resident response to care and interactions
- Being a companion to facility residents
- Performing housekeeping duties
- Medication Reminders
- General supervision of residents
