WE are looking for all shifts here at Clarendale at Indian Lake for our MEMORY CARE. We offer full time and part time hours.

Job Description for Caregiver:

Clarendale at Indian Lake, a new senior living community located in Hendersonville, TN is currently accepting applications for nursing assistants for our Memory Care neighborhood. If you have a passion to work with seniors we would love to have you apply. We promote a unique memory care program called Heartfelt Connections in our community to enhance the lives of the residents in our memory care neighborhoods. We have both full and part time and a variety of shifts available.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Assist our residents/clients with high quality personal care.

2. Assist residents with meal time.

3. Utilize Heartfelt Connections to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

4. Promote a calm atmosphere.

5. Promote a healthy community culture and a whole person approach to wellness.

6. Complete shift assignments and proper reporting.

7. Provide activities as planned or directed.

8. Respond to call lights in a timely manner.

9. Assure resident safety and well being.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or GED required.

2. One (1) year experience preferred but will train the right person.

3. One (1) year experience working in memory care or assisted living preferred.

4. Proficiency in the English language.

5. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

6. Must be able to use a personal computer and general office equipment.

7. Lift and carry up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance.

8. Push and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance.

9. Walking, standing, pushing, stooping, bending and stretching frequently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $16.50 to $17.50 /hour

Salary can be negotiable.

Must be COVID Vaccinated per company policy.
