CNA Responsibilities:

• Care for and assist Residents with performing daily activities
• Respond quickly to calls for assistance, and alert staff to emergency situations
• Develop rapport and maintain quality of life for residents through individualized programming and care plans
• Observe and report Resident changes to Charge Nurse
• Have a strong awareness of safety issues and strive to accomplish responsibilities in a safe manner

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license (will provide training and certification if needed)
• CPR Certification
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as a valuable part of a strong team!
