Town and Country is an authentic, mid-century modern resort in the heart of San Diego!
We are looking for a talented Supervisor for our Coffee Shop - The Market, to support the manager in servicing our guests at this iconic property!
Responsibilities
- Assists the manager with leading and supervising the Market/Coffee Shop team.
- Ensures supplies are properly stocked; assists with ordering supplies as necessary.
- Assists with coordinating inventory control.
- Participates in staff meetings and agenda.
- Ensures proper bookkeeping and resort policies are followed.
Qualifications
- Flexibility of schedules, must be available evenings, weekends and holidays
- Experience passionately providing excellent guest service
- Coffee Shop experience preferred
- Must have a Food Handler's Card
