RVO Health is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact our Collaboration Engineering team responsible for recommending, implementing, and maintaining our global collaboration applications.

What You'll Do

• Maintain Microsoft 365 environment to include Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint.
• Maintain Google Workspace environment to include Google Drive, Sites & Groups.
• Maintain additional collaboration tools such as Zoom & Slack.
• Respond to escalated tickets from the Service Desk that require Infrastructure support and follow appropriate ticketing procedures.
• Review, pilot and implement new collaboration suite features.
• Assist with cloud security needs as requested by the security team.
• Assist with the documentation of all system processes and procedures to ensure standardization, and best practices.
• Assist in management and deployment of Windows endpoints.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years experience managing email systems including Exchange Online, Exchange 2016/2019 and Google Workspace.
• 3+ years experience managing the Microsoft 365 platform including OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams.
• 3+ years experience managing Google Workspace & Slack.
• Experience with AV conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc)
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of email security, including message hygiene, SPF, DKIM & DMARC.
• Hands-on admin and implementation experience with Azure AD.
• Experience with 365 security and compliance tools including DLP, Retention, E-Discovery and Security Explorer.
• Experience with mail flow rules, connectors, and advanced mail routing.
• High proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with project management and issue tracking software.
• Experience with 3rd party IDP solutions (OKTA, AAD.)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced high growth environment.
• Current M365 Certifications preferred.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $80,000 - $130,000
